Louis Vuitton Moet Hennessy (LVMH) has announced the promotion of Odyssey Woman Jasmin Allen to Senior Vice President of Hennessey, USA. In her new role, Jasmin will join the MHUSA leadership team and will leverage her impressive strategic marketing background and superior brand leadership skills to further drive growth for Hennessy in the US, the company’s largest business.
Jasmin joined LVMH as Brand Director/Head of Consumer Marketing and Engagement, Belvedere Vodka U.S. in 2016, and is the first black woman to carry the title SVP at LVMH, a position that she started on December 14th.

In her previous role as Vice President of Hennessey, US she Led the Hennessy brand portfolio in the United States, including Hennessy VS, Hennessy VSOP, Hennessy XO, Hennessy Black, Master Blender's Selection, and the Hennessy Masterbrand. She was responsible for delivering strategic plans to maximize brand image, equity, and profitability.
Jasmin received her training at The Coca-Cola Company where she believes that her brand management roles on the Coca-Cola, Coke Zero, and DASANI brands helped to shape her strategic, business management, and creative skill sets. She then leveraged her experience to transition to Entertainment Marketing at The Coca-Cola Company.
After a 7-year tenure, she moved to Seattle to lead the Entertainment Marketing Team at T-Mobile. While there she led the naming rights sponsorship and creative development process for T-Mobile Arena in Las Vegas, NV; developed T-Mobile’s first-ever gaming platform; negotiated and led the Company’s sponsorship of the American Music Awards and Billboard Music Awards; and identified, negotiated, and managed T-Mobile’s talent and partnership portfolio, inclusive of short/long-term talent partners Justin Bieber, Drake, Nicki Minaj, Ariana Grande, Zedd, Tiesto, and DJ Khaled; strategic partners Dick Clark Productions, Live Nation, and AEG; and 35 music and celebrity influencers.
